Cardiovascular Complaints

The term cardiovascular complaints describes any symptoms concerning the heart and blood vessels. These can both indicate a disease and/or other problems. The causes of cardiovascular disease are diverse and can be affected by both genetic and personal risk factors.

These risk factors can be divided in influenceable and non-influenceable risk factors: the first category includes nutrition, exercise, hypertension and overweight. Age and gender are to be found in the non-influenceable factors.
