There are many ways to strengthen the muscular system: strength and endurance are the best means to do so. At TRINICUM training, we differentiate between strength and endurance. Strength training focuses on strength and endurance (promoting blood circulation and learning to exercise, 15-20 repetitions with little resistance), hypertrophy (muscle growth, 8-12 repetitions) and maximum force (lots of resistance, 1-4 repetitions). Training on training machines as well as with dumbbells or bodyweight exercises can be done. Running or cycling can be done to increase endurance.
