Trinicum takes the protection of personal data very seriously. Thus, compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act is a matter of course for us. Since the trust and satisfaction of our patients are the greatest good, personal data is only collected to the extent necessary. We will inform you about the data we collect and store as well as your rights as a data subject. For this purpose, we have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data protection regulations are observed both by us and by external third parties as our service providers. The following declaration gives you an overview of how we guarantee this protection and what kind of personal data is collected for what purpose.

2. What are personal data?

Personal data is information about your identity, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address.

3. What personal data do we collect from you and for what?

3.1. Contact
If the user actively contacts Trinicum (for example by email), the user`s data and information (name, email address or telephone number) are stored for six months in order to process the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise ( pre-contractual measures or legitimate interests). Of course, we will not forward your request to third parties without your consent.

3.2. Newsletter
If you have given us your consent, we will use the newsletter to inform you about news about our current offers, services, promotions, events and updates of the TRIMEDICUM group, consisting of Trinicum GmbH, Trignostics GmbH and Trimedicum GmbH. If you would like to receive the newsletter, we need a valid e-mail address and your name from you, which allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided. Further data is not collected. These data are only used to send the newsletter and are not passed on to third parties. When you register for the newsletter, we save your IP address and the date of registration. This storage serves solely as evidence in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers to receive the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorized person. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the email address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, free of charge, without giving reasons and with effect for the future. The revocation can be made via a link in the newsletter itself or by notifying our team, for example at datenschutz[ät]trimedicum.com. We store your personal data until you withdraw your consent, but no longer than three years from the last time you contacted us.

3.3. Cookies
Cookies are small files that make it possible to save specific, device-related information on the user`s access device (PC, smartphone, etc.). On the one hand, they serve the user-friendliness of websites and thus the users (e.g. storage of login data or content of shopping carts). On the other hand, they serve to record statistical data on website usage and to analyze them in order to improve the offer. We only use the latter if you have given us your consent for this. You can also revoke your consent at any time, free of charge, without giving reasons and with effect for the future.

The analysis software "Matomo" is used on this website. We host "Matomo" ourselves on a server in the EU. The last characters of your IP address are stored anonymously, and the tracking cookies for counting returning visitors are not set without consent.

Opt-Out-Link for Matomo
We also offer very data protection-conscious people a complete deactivation of the analysis software. Click on this link, to completely prevent future collection by the "Matomo" analysis software on this website. In this case, an opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will have to click this link again.

3.3.1. Integration of services and content from third parties
It can happen that content from third parties, etc., as well as RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated into this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as "third-party providers") perceive the IP address of the user, because without the IP address they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no control over whether the third-party provider uses the IP address e.g. save for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we will inform users about it. The processing is carried out to present our online offer and thus on the basis of our legitimate interests or to fulfill the contract.

3.3.2. Social media plugins (Facebook, Twitter,..)
It can happen that social media plugins are integrated within this online offer. For data protection reasons, we use the 2-click solution. In other words, only when you click on the corresponding icon will the social media plug-ins from third-party servers be loaded and data such as your IP address or browser configuration transferred or third-party cookies saved on your computer or smartphone. To the best of our knowledge, in this case the social networks receive information about which of our websites you have currently and previously accessed. The plugins set a cookie with a unique identifier each time the website concerned is accessed. This enables the social network to create a profile of your usage behavior. It cannot be ruled out that such a profile can also be assigned to you in the event that you later register for the first time with the social network. Therefore, a data transfer to the social media operator does not take place without their prior consent. We store the data for a period of 6 months.

3.4 Administration of customer/patient data
Trinicum process your non-sensitive customer data – means not health data – in their CRM database. The legal basis is their legitimate interests in efficient customer service and administration in accordance with Art 6 Abs 1 lit f DSGVO. Trinicum GmbH, Trignostics GmbH and Trimedicum GmbH, Schwarzenbergplatz 6, 1030 Vienna, are jointly responsible for data processing in the context of the CRM database and for sending the newsletter (see point 3.2.) based on your prior consent. Accordingly, Trinicum GmbH has concluded an agreement with Trignostics GmbH and Trimedicum GmbH in accordance with Art. 26 DSGVO (“Joint Controller Agreement”), which governs the distribution of tasks and obligations under data protection law. You have the right to assert your claims against any controller regardless of the Joint Controller Agreement. Trinicum is responsible as Single Point of Contact for the exercise of the rights of those affected and takes over the direct cooperation and communication with the supervisory authority.
