Wrist and Knuckle Pain

Pain in the area of the wrist and knuckles are usually accompanied by severe limitation in the range of motion; frequent causes include tenosynovitis, arthrosis, rheumatism or diseases such as complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS).

Trinicum specialises in natural and gentle procedures for treating wrist and knuckle pain. Depending on your symptoms and indication, our experts match the treatment plan to your individual needs.

TRINICUM

Causes and indications

Knuckle pain usually comes from extended periods of stress, specific predisposition and strong inflammatory reactions.

There are several causes of wrist pain, often resulting from hypermobility and stress or they are an expression of a superordinate movement disorder.

Common indications:
  • tenosynovitis
  • trigger digit
  • carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS)
  • knuckle arthrosis
  • complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)

High-performance laser therapy: the advantages

Laser irradiation with a red-light, high-performance laser enables gentle, non-invasive treatment. Using the red-light laser, conditions such as inflammation, arthrosis and circulation problems can be treated in a lasting and effective manner. The intensity of the red-light laser is variable, and is individually adjusted to the respective set of symptoms.

TRINICUM

Advantages of red-light laser therapy:

  • short treatment periods due to area irradiation (about 15 minutes)
  • high penetration depth
  • highly effective procedure

Our tip: For knuckles, we recommend an anti-inflammatory therapy that consists of specific laser irradiation, acupuncture and individually adapted, natural anti-inflammatory substances.
