Dr. Fast was a senior physician for trauma surgery at the Amstetten Hospital in Lower Austria and for many years a senior physician for neurosurgery at the Landstraße Clinic (formerly Rudolf Foundation) in Vienna, where he led the spine outpatient clinic for a long period.
His medical focus is on the surgical and conservative treatment of degenerative and traumatic spinal diseases, particularly in cases of chronic pain, movement limitations, and neurological deficits.
