Do you feel capable but inwardly restless? Often your own bodily sensations are deceptive while physiological energy reserves are already critically declining. With heart rate variability analysis (HRV), we make your health objectively visible. We uncover "hidden burnouts," analyze your actual sleep quality, and determine your biological age.

What does HRV show?

Heart rate variability is an important marker for the regulatory capacity of the autonomic nervous system. It makes visible how well the interplay between tension and relaxation works and how quickly the body can respond to change.

Heart Rate Variability at a Glance

  • Analysis of the intervals between individual heartbeats
  • Indicator for adaptability and regeneration
  • Interaction of sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems
  • Measurement via 24-hour ECG device

Possible Influencing Factors

  • physical strain
  • psychological stress
  • nutrition and lifestyle
  • sleep and recovery

Measurement of HRV

Good heart rate variability indicates a resilient and adaptable cardiovascular system. It is often associated with better stress resistance and faster recovery. Reduced HRV, on the other hand, can indicate stress, lack of recovery, or physical overload.

The recording is done with a high-end 24-hour ECG device that continuously captures the electrical activities of the heart. The measurement includes:

  • long-term monitoring (e.g., over 24 hours)
  • evaluation both during wakefulness and sleep

Procedure of HRV Analysis

  • Appointment scheduling at the reception (3 appointments are fixed directly)
  • Applying the recorder or picking it up with a brief instruction
  • Measurement in everyday life over the agreed period
  • Return at the reception including checking of recorder and document folder
  • Comprehensive analysis discussion with evaluation and individual action plan (approx. 60 minutes)
