Stem cells can be obtained quickly and easily from abdominal fat. This region is richer in stem cells and is therefore ideally suited for an extraction. This procedure can be done under local anesthesia and takes only a few minutes.
Therapeutic procedure
As already stated the stem cell therapy is a small invasive procedure: approximately one hour after the removal your stem cells are injected into the corresponding joint. This will be done with no anesthesia. Another advantage of this procedure is that it only takes one treatment; you’ll be released the same day. We recommend that you rest for four weeks and light physiotherapy exercises. These physiotherapy exercises can be shown at the TRINICUM.
On request you will receive MRI examinations with special sequences (T2 mapping).
