Dr. Kamil Kopcik, FEBOT is a specialist in orthopedics and traumatology with experience in outpatient and inpatient care of orthopedic and trauma patients of all ages. His particular focus is on joint-preserving procedures and joint replacements for the hip and knee, as well as ultrasound-guided diagnostics and treatment of musculoskeletal complaints.
Dr. Kopcik completed his medical studies at Comenius University in Bratislava, part of which he spent in Germany and Spain. During his further career, he participated in numerous international courses, congresses, and study visits, including in Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and the USA. He obtained the specialist diploma in orthopedics and traumatology and, in addition, the prestigious title Fellow of the European Board of Orthopaedics and Traumatology (FEBOT), which is among the highest formal qualifications in orthopedic training in Europe.
He worked at renowned clinics, including the University Hospital Louis Pasteur in Košice, at the Agel Kosice-Saca Hospital, and was also active for several years in a private orthopedic practice. Since 2026, Dr. Kopcik has been part of the Trinicum medical team.
