Covid-19 and Influenza PCR Testing
Sore throat, dry cough, body aches, and fever are signs of a real flu. It is caused by Influenza viruses type A and B. Like Corona, influenza is infectious. It is transmitted through droplet infection.
The diagnostic detection of influenza viruses is done using PCR analysis. A deep nasal or throat swab is taken.
At TRINICUM, the influenza analysis can be offered in combination with the Corona PCR analysis. A nasal or throat swab is sufficient for both evaluations. The sample is tested for specific virus RNA: Sars-CoV-2, Influenza type A, Influenza type B.

The PCR test is useful

The test is virus-specific. A positive result is considered reliable. The PCR analysis is the gold standard in the analysis of DNA and RNA fragments. Therefore, the PCR test is recommended by health authorities. The swab is taken in our TRINICUM Center for Integrative Medicine and Pain Therapy under safe conditions and the highest hygiene standards.
