At TRINICUM, spiroergometry is performed on a stationary bike. The resistance is increased stepwise, so that the physical exertion increases up to your individual load limit. You wear a breathing mask that continuously records your values simultaneously. This records physical performance, load limit, cardiovascular function, and lung activity.
The spiroergometry ends after about ten minutes. Afterwards, your test results will be discussed together.
Package 1: Sports Medical Stress Test
The sports medical stress test is suitable as a preventive examination and examines the functionality of the cardiovascular system as well as the lungs. Additionally, a stress ECG is performed and blood pressure is measured.
It becomes apparent whether there are functional or performance limitations and how high the physical load limit is. If desired, a training plan can be created for you based on your results.
