Medical check-up for a
At Trinicum Training, a medical check-up is carried out before you begin your membership so that our team can clear you for training. This is to avoid any unnecessary health risks. It forms the foundation to begin training safely. Based on this, our trainers take into account any relevant diagnoses, such as pre-existing and concomitant diseases, injuries or metabolic disorders, when creating your training plan.
Medical check-up carried out before training begins:
- Assessment of current medical history (e.g. occupational activity, previous illnesses, operations, allergies, medication, etc.)
- Physical examination (e.g. height, weight, blood pressure)
- Examination of the musculoskeletal system (e.g. imbalance, condition of the muscles, joints and spine)
- Examination of cardiovascular risk (CVR) (e.g. auscultation)
Note:
Your medical check-up can be carried out by a GP you trust. The team of doctors at Trinicum would be happy to help. Of course, you are free to get training clearance from your own GP and present this to our staff at reception before you begin your training with us.
We look forward to hearing from you and will be happy to advise you!
